HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. — A Highlands Ranch High School media class is named winner of the Colorado Department of Transportation’s statewide contest called “Life in Slow-mo.”

Dan Daru shows us the public service announcement the students produced and they warnings they want every teen to hear about the dangers and consequences of distracted driving.
