Registered Dietitian, Mia Syn is here to help us with those back to school meals and snacks, but still keeping healhty.

Some of her tips include, elevating that classic Pb&J with whole grain sprouted bread, low sugar jams, natural nut butter with fresh fruits and nuts.

Another tip is to to get kids involved by preparing their own dessert with benefits.
