DENVER — The FDA now taking on wine to protect your health.

Soon, you’ll see not only the vintage and price on a restaurant menu you’ll also get the calorie count.

The new nationwide rules only apply to chain restaurants and bars with at least 20 locations.

Regulations are only for wine not cocktails.

The new federal guidelines are part of the Affordable Care Act and a push for a healthier America.

The new regulations expected to go into place on Dec. 1.
