Greenwood Village Police seeking King Soopers robbery suspect

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — Detectives in Greenwood Village are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man they believe robbed a King Soopers grocery store.

Police say on March 8 at about 11 a.m., a white or Hispanic male entered the store at 4910 S. Yosemite St. wearing a King Soopers employee shirt. The suspect was seen by a witness leaving with store merchandise and got into a white, full-size Chevy van with at least one ladder on top.

The suspect was wearing a baseball cap with sunglasses, jeans and a dark shirt. He is said to have a thin build, is about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8, and in his early 30s.
