DENVER — A procession of emergency responders took place Friday to honor a firefighter.
It was in honor of South Metro Fire Rescue’s most senior active member.
Engineer Micheal Freeman passed away last weekend after a battle with cancer.
He began his firefighting career in 1974 with the Cherry Hills Fire Department.
An American Flag waving proudly above a firehouse one moment might be presented to a grieving family the next. We miss you Engineer Freeman. pic.twitter.com/blgS8HdHvm
