Tree trimmer electrocuted while working in Littleton neighborhood

LITTLETON, Colo. -- An arborist was electrocuted while trimming trees in a neighborhood on Monday morning, Littleton Fire Rescue said.

It happened on South Prince Circle near South Santa Fe Drive and West Mineral Avenue.

Power was cut to the area while crews from Littleton Fire Rescue, Xcel and South Metro Fire Rescue's technical rescue team worked to recover the body.

The name, age and gender of the arborist were not released.
