Family displaced after fire at Brighton trailer home

BRIGHTON, Colo. — A fire engulfed a double-wide trailer on Sunday afternoon, the Brighton Fire Department said.

Crews responded to the 8900 block of East 136th Avenue about 4:20 p.m.

Everyone inside the trailer was able to safely escape. No injuries were reported.

The trailer was declared a complete loss and the family living in it has been displaced.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
