DENVER -- Three weeks after a wall fell off of a house at 12th and Kalamath in Denver, the neighbors on either side of the house were finally allowed back into their homes Thursday.

A tarp covers all that's left of the destroyed structure.

An exterior wall crumbled to the ground three weeks ago forcing authorities to evacuate that house as well as the two neighboring homes.

The woman he lived in the destroyed home lost virtually everything she owned because the house was too unstable to go in and move everything out before it was demolished.

"We were able to get some clothes, some pillows, but besides that everything is in the rubble," says Chancey Bush.

The city says the owner of the home has to get an asbestos specialist to clean up the rubble. If not, the city will clean it up and put a lien on the property.
