DENVER — Westbound East Colfax Avenue at Verbena Street reopened after a vehicle hit a pedestrian and fled the scene on Sunday night, the Denver Police Department said.
The victim suffered serious injuries and police are searching for the driver.
The name, age and gender of the victim were not released.
Police did not release a suspect vehicle.
