DENVER -- A teenager organized a candlelight vigil in Denver on Wednesday night to remember the two men who were shot by police last week in Louisiana and Minnesota.

Tariq Young, 17, put together the event at Civic Center Park for anyone who wanted to attend.

Dozens attended up and showed their support for the organizer's call for unity and peace.

During the ceremony, Young and his mother talked about rising above the recent violence and spreading love instead.
