Denver police issue Medina Alert for hit-and-run vehicle

DENVER — Denver police issued a Medina Alert for a PT Cruiser that was involved in a hit-and-run accident early Monday morning.

The crash happened at E. Evans Avenue and S. Jasmine Street around 6:40 a.m.

A pedestrian was hit by the PT Cruiser and suffered serious injuries, police said.

The Cruiser left the scene headed south on Holly Street.

Police said the Cruiser was red with tinted windows and a letter Y in the license plate. The vehicle should also have damage to the driver’s side bumper area.
