Eastbound Sixth Avenue reopens after crash involving motorcycle, vehicle

DENVER — Eastbound Sixth Avenue reopened after a crash Wednesday night involving a motorcycle and a vehicle, the Denver Police Department said.

The crash happened before 9 p.m. at Sixth Avenue and Perry  Street. Police said there were possible serious injuries. It’s unknown how many people were injured.

Officers shut down eastbound Sixth Avenue at Sheridan Boulevard to investigate the accident. The highway reopened before 11 p.m.

The names, ages and gender of those involved have not been released by police.
