DENVER — Police are investigating a crash that resulted in serious injuries on Thursday.
The Denver Police Department said that after 2 p.m., a pedestrian and a vehicle were involved in the crash at Sheridan Boulevard and West Alameda Avenue and at least one person suffered injuries.

Northbound Sheridan was closed from westbound Alameda and alternate routes were advised. The road has since reopened.
The identities of those involved have not been released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
