THORNTON, Colo. — The Adams and Broomfield Counties Coroner’s Office released the names of the three victims killed in a shooting in Thornton over the weekend.

On Wednesday, chief deputy coroner Sherronda Appleberry released a statement, listing the shooting victims as John Michael Fletchall, Lorie Jane Fletchall and Yatzire Elizabeth Aguirre Olague.

The manner and cause of death for each individual is pending investigation, said Appleberry.

Late Sunday evening, police responded to a Thornton residence at 9318 Welby Road Terrace, where they found the three victims dead.

Monday morning, police said they were unable to release cause of death, but indicated that evidence led them to suspect the incident was a double-murder suicide.

Thornton police said the alleged weapon was found in the residence and, at this time, are not looking for any suspects.
