Copper Mountain, Keystone delay openings; Loveland to open Saturday

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. — Copper Mountain and Keystone both planned to open Friday, but our warm October weather and a lack of natural snow have forced both resorts to announce delays in their openings.

Copper Mountain pushed their opening back one week, Keystone didn’t announce an opening date but promised it would open for the season soon.

There was good news from Loveland Ski Area Wednesday. It announced it will open for the season at 8:30 Saturday morning.
