MILLIKEN, Colo. -- Police believe at least one crook is responsible for at least two burglaries following the flooding.

Anna Vasquez believes her home in The Martins Mobile Home Park was targeted because the criminal knew she was evacuated from the mass of flood waters.

She says electronics and jewelry were taken from her house, including her late mother's wedding rings.

While she looks for help from police, dozens looked for aid at the town hall.

Many filled out emergency assistance applications.

That's a kind of aid helping to supplement FEMA dollars. The aid can mean assistance for things like rent, clothing and food.
