LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. — Search crews have found the body of a missing man who fell into the Poudre River on Friday night, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office said.
The sheriff’s office said the man’s body was found at 12:30 p.m. Saturday near Upper Landing Campground just less than one mile down river from where he was last seen.
The man went missing Friday after falling into the river when he was trying to retrieve a raft. The sheriff’s office said it happened between Stove Prairie Road and Kelly Flats near Highway 14.
The man’s identity has not been released.
