AURORA, Colo. — Aurora Police are investigating a double stabbing involving roommates Tuesday morning.

SkyFOX was overhead at 669 S. Oswego St. and showed the area taped off with a fire truck and several police vehicles and officers in front.

Aurora Police say a call came in at 6:28 a.m. saying there had been an altercation among roommates. Officers found two of the roommates had been stabbed and the suspect inside still armed with a knife.

Aurora Police say the suspect did not follow commands and a Taser was used on him. It had no effect on the suspect, who police believe was under the influence of an unknown intoxicant and eventually taken into custody.

Both victims were transported to a hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. The suspect was being taken to the Aurora Detention Center for booking.

The victims and suspect were not identified by Aurora Police.
