DENVER — Movie star Jack Black surprised some students in Denver on Monday, but he also got his own surprise during a visit to Colorado’s “Everyday” Show.

Black, along with his co-stars from the new movie “Goosebumps,” surprised students at Maxwell Elementary School after a special screening of the movie.

Earlier in the day, students from the School of Rock Denver turned the tables, playing a special opening riff in honor of the man who starred in the “School of Rock” movie.

FOX31 Denver’s Kent Erdahl and photojournalist Mike Grady followed the students during a special behind-the-scenes meeting.
