DENVER — Three young men from the small Western Slope town of Norwood, Colorado are in serious trouble with the law.

The teens, ages 16, 14 and 14, are accused of sexually abusing a fellow student during the Colorado State Wrestling Tournament in Denver in February.

Hayden Harris, Talon Harris and Timothy Armintrout are being charged as juveniles with 2nd degree kidnapping and sex assault.

The teens were arrested on Monday in Denver following an investigation by the Denver Police Department.

The charges allege that on February 16, the teens unlawfully seized and carried the victim from one place to another and inflicted “sexual intrusion for the purpose of abuse.”

After Friday‘s hearing, FOX31 Denver asked Talon Harris’ father if he had any comment on the incident or the court proceedings. He had no answer.

All 3 teens will be back in a Denver courtroom on June 1 for a preliminary hearing.

Norwood is located about 35 miles west of Telluride.
