DENVER — A man and a woman were found dead inside a condominium on Sunday, and the Denver Police Department said it is treating it as a homicide.

The couple was found in a unit at the Pebble Creek Condominiums in the 3500 block of South Harlan Street. Neighbors said the two people lived with four children in the unit.

A neighbor who owns the condo next door now rents it to her son, who was home all day and said he never heard a sound.

“I was at work and just came over because my son had text and said there was something going on and I just wanted to come over and check my on daughter in law,” the neighbor said.

Police are continuing to investigate.
