Meteorologist Greg Dutra joined the Pinpoint Weather team in December of 2014. Look for Greg every morning on FOX31’s Good Day Colorado!

Greg comes to us from KWQC in Davenport, IA where he spent 5 years. While in Iowa he covered every kind of weather imaginable, from tornadoes to blizzards and record flooding of the Mississippi River.

Greg is a graduate of Lyndon State College in northern Vermont where he majored in Atmospheric Science. He acquired his Television Seal of Approval from the National Weather Association in October of 2014.

Greg is a self-described Air Force Brat and grew up in various places around the world. He was born in Spain and has lived on many bases stateside. He also spent almost two years on Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan. He calls the Adirondack Mountains of New York home, after spending time at Plattsburg Air Force Base and finishing grade school in Bolton Landing, NY.

Greg has many hobbies including sailing, golf, baseball and hockey. He is also a prolific homebrewer and makes about a dozen batches of beer per year.
