    EDGEWATER, Colo. — The Edgewater Target on located on Sheridan Boulevard was evacuated on Saturday afternoon after two men allegedly threatened to blow up the store.   • Small plane crashes after hitting power lines; no fatalities reported

    GLADE PARK, Colo. — Grand Junction firefighters and Mesa County Sherriff’s Office responded to a plane crash in Mesa County shortly after 2:55 p.m. Saturday. The four-seat single-engine Cessna 182 hit nearby power lines after taking off at a private airfield and crashed near North Trail Canyon Drive and South Trail Canyon Drive.     DENVER — Members of the media, celebrities and business influencers competed for the coveted Golden Rolling Pin Award on Friday afternoon at the National Western Complex. FOX31 General Manager Joan Barrett and reporter Vicente Arenas joined forces to help raise funds for the Clínica Tepeyac. The clinic serves the underprivileged population in the Denver area. Barrett and Arenas competed to make the best tortilla. The money raised goes toward new equipment for the clinic. =

    LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. — The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information about a crash that occurred Thursday evening. The crash happened around 5:11 p.m. on the East Frontage Road, alongside northbound Interstate 25 near mile marker 249, south of the Berthoud.   • 75-year-old Loveland woman missing since Friday afternoon

    LOVELAND, Colo. — Police are looking for a 75-year-old woman missing in the area of 29th Street and North Garfield Avenue. Gail Johnson was last seen wearing brown pants, an orange t-shirt, orange, blue and white pullover with a red jacket. Johnson was last seen at approximately 2 p.m. on Friday afternoon. Anyone who knows about the woman’s whereabouts or sees her is asked to call 911.  

  • 17-year-old girl with autism missing out of Englewood found safe

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — A 17-year-old girl with autism reported missing on Monday has been found and reunited with her mother, the Englewood Police department said on Friday. Trinity Ann Pauley was reported missing after leaving a friends house on Monday. She did not have her medication with her. There is an active investigation into where Pauley was and no further information has been released as of Friday afternoon.

  • Eastbound I-70 reopened after semitrailer fire in Georgetown

    GEORGETOWN, Colo. — The eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 in Georgetown reopened about 9:45 p.m. Thursday after being shut down due to a semitrailer fire. The closure at exit 228 started about 1 p.m. and caused a backup that stretched for miles. According to the Colorado State Patrol’s Golden office, a semitrailer carrying flooring materials had caught fire. The westbound lanes were also briefly closed.

  • Police search for man accused of stabbing a man at a camping area along South Platte River

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — A man camping along the South Platte River, accused of stabbing a 29-year-old man during his attempt to visit another person camping in the same area is on the run. The Englewood police state that the 47-year-old suspect Delbert Vigil fled the area before the police arrived underneath the West Dartmouth Avenue bridge campsite, and is considered armed and dangerous.
