Highways reopening after closure due to strong winds in Colorado

DENVER -- Wind gusts are dying down and highways are starting to reopen after gusts hit 90+ mph in Colorado Saturday.

The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning for most of the Front Range and Plains. Some mountain communities were also put under a winter weather advisory, while others are under a winter storm warning.
