DPD officer injured in LoDo

DENVER — A police officer with the Denver Police was injured and transported to Denver Health by ambulance.

According to DPD, officers responded to a disturbance in the area of 1900 Market Street.

The officer was hit in the head with a bottle and received five to seven stitches and was released from the hospital.
