DENVER -- It’s that time of year when so many people are hitting the slopes for the first time this season, and that means a chance of injuries.

Dr. Catherine Logan is an orthopedic surgeon and member of the US Ski and Snowboard Physician Pool.

She tells everyone it’s what you do before you get on the mountain that can have the biggest impact.
