HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. -- The apartment complex where a gunman ambushed Douglas County deputies Sunday morning in an attack that killed 29-year-old Deputy Zackari Parrish is riddled with bullet holes.

The gunman fired more than 100 rounds, some of which shot through the floor and into the neighbor's downstairs apartment.
