Woman who graduated from CSU-Global killed in Las Vegas attack

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — A woman who graduated from Colorado State University-Global is among the victims of the massacre in Las Vegas.

Rachael Parker, 33, died in the shooting on Sunday night.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human services in May.

She was living in California and working for the Manhattan Beach Police Department.

“We were deeply saddened to learn of her loss,” CSU-Global, which is based in Greenwood Village, said in a statement. “CSU-Global sends condolences to Rachael’s family, friends and co-workers, and everyone affected by the tragedy in Las Vegas.”
