16th Street Mall reopened following DPD suspicious package investigation

DENVER — The 16th Street Mall was closed to pedestrian and bus traffic for a short time late Saturday afternoon while police investigated a suspicious package.

The mall was shut down between Tremont and Court.

Police determined the package was not a threat, and the “all clear” was given. The Mall reopened shortly after 4:30 p.m.
