DENVER -- A man's best friend was stolen two weeks ago by a woman he met at a dog park in Loveland.

The dog, Susi, helped alleviate Eero Kanerva's symptoms from anxiety disorder and panic attacks.

A Facebook post about the incident went viral and police in Northern California spotted the dog this weekend.

On Wednesday, Eero and Susi were reunited in an emotional meeting.

A woman is accused of befriending Kanerva while vacationing in northern Colorado and taking the dog back to Monterey County, California, in June.

Kanerva tracked down the woman and through law enforcement and the SPCA, was able to be reunited with the dog.
