One seriously injured in hit-and-run on I-70 at Havana Street

DENVER — One person suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run crash early Monday morning, the Denver Police Department said.

The crash happened about 5 a.m. on westbound Interstate 70 at Havana Street.

Police did not release a description or license plate number of the vehicle that drove away.

The interstate was briefly closed but has since reopened.
