DENVER -- A production error might have caused an individual’s height to be misprinted on driver's licenses and identification cards that were renewed online between Feb. 20 and March 6, the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles said Tuesday.

The DMV said the issue has been resolved and replacement cards will be mailed to those impacted at no charge by Friday.

Officials ask that residents destroy their previous license or ID once they receive their replacement card.
