Caramelized French Toast

What you Need

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 Granulated Sugar, plus more for dredging

1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier Liquor

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

6 Large Eggs

Challah Bread Slice 1&1/2 inch thick

Blueberry Sauce (Recipe Follows)

What to Do

Mix Heavy Cream, Eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, Grand Marnier, and Cinnamon in a large bowl.

Quickly dip the Sliced Challah Bread in the liquid mixture. Do Not let it sit.

Lift the bread out of the Mixture and allow to dip drain, then dredge in additional sugar.

Place in a hot Skillet and turn once sugar is caramelized. flip and repeat.

Serve with Blueberry Sauce, and enjoy.

Blueberry Sauce

What you need

18 oz Fresh Blueberries

1 cup Sugar

Fresh Juice from one Lemon

What to Do

In a sauce pan combine all ingredients and cook on medium low until blueberries are softened, and the sugar is dissolved and its a syrup like consistency. Enjoy!
