LOS ANGELES — The former Playboy playmate accused of secretly photographing a nude 70-year-old woman in a gym locker room and posting it on Snapchat has entered a not guilty plea in the case, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Dani Mathers, 29, posted the photo in July with the comment, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”

It sparked a flurry of comments from upset people, including a scolding from plus-size model Tess Holliday.

“That poor lady, goes to the gym and ends up all over the net. That beautiful woman is probably someones mum or/and wife,” Glen Roswell tweeted.

“Shame on you. Now we know who you really are. Can’t unsee that either,” Greg Mann commented.

Mathers was quick to apologize directly to several of the people who called her out.

In September, Mathers tweeted, “I have taken the pledge! Let’s end bullying in its tracks by working together in being #upstanders.”

Mathers faces one misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy in the case.
