Each and every day, more than one thousand women die from heart disease. So today we're asking you to unite with other women and be a force for change, because 80% of these deaths are preventable. Brigitte and Barry Remington stopped by to share their experience with heart disease and how we can all take action this week. They recently lost their 23-year-old daughter, Samantha, to heart disease. Help honor Sammy’s legacy at a Go Red for Women Luncheon Friday November 18th. It starts at 11:30am and it's happening at the Ritz Carlton downtown.  Colorado's Own Channel 2 and Fox31 are proud sponsors of this event.
