2 injured in Park Hill shooting

DENVER — Two people were injured in a shooting on Sunday night, the Denver Police Department said.

The shooting happened about 9:30 p.m. in the 3000 block of Eudora Street, near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Police said the victims were taken to a Denver Health Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries.

The names, ages and gender of the victims were not released by police.

Police said the suspect was in a black newer model sedan that was last seen traveling eastbound on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard toward Eudora. It did not provide a license plate.

Police have not released a description of the suspect.
