DENVER — As the Broncos continue their success on the field, they want you to stay active as well.

Online registration is open for the fall edition of the Broncos Health & Wellness 45-Day Fitness Challenge.

The challenge goes from Monday to Nov. 23.

The Broncos have teamed with Children’s Hospital Colorado, 24 Hour Fitness, UCHealth and King Soopers to encourage all Broncos fans to live a healthy lifestyle.

Every week of the challenge starts at midnight on Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the following Sunday. You will be awarded points for completing goals or daily challenges, which will then be added up over the course of the challenge.

Each of the following daily goals are worth five points.

  • Complete 20 minutes of physical activity
  • Get eight hours of sleep
  • Drink eight glasses of water (8-ounce servings)

You can also earn extra points for completing fitness challenges that are emailed everyday.

If you earn at least five points in a week, you’re eligible to win a prize. Weekly prizes include autographed player jerseys, footballs and helmets, fitness trackers, game tickets, and electronics.

The grand prize is a VIP experience for two at the Broncos’ home game against New England on Dec. 18. It includes tickets, pregame field passes and a photo opportunity with the Lombardi trophies.

Register for the challenge at the Broncos website.
