911 service in Delta County restored after fiber wire cut

DELTA COUNTY, Colo. — A fiber wire cut caused 911 service to go out in Delta County on Wednesday, affecting several communities in the area.

The service went down just before noon but restored about 10 p.m.

Delta County is southeast of Grand Junction and includes the communities of Delta, Hotchkiss and Paonia, among others.
