1 part nuts

o   Almonds, cashews, pistachios, macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, Brazil nuts.

  • 1 part dried fruit

o   Cranberries, pineapple, papaya, mango, cherries, banana, apple, strawberries, blueberries, coconut, figs, dates, currants, goji berries, raisins

  • ½ part seeds

o   Pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, flax

  • ½ part “other”

o   Dark chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, cacao nibs, small candies, pretzels, popcorn, rice puffs, granola, crackers, chocolate covered espresso beans, etc.
