DENVER -- A man suspected of attacking a woman on the Highline Canal Trail has been arrested, the Denver Police Department said.

The woman was attacked near East Dartmouth Avenue South Forest Street -- the same place a woman was attacked Aug. 19, police said.

The victim in the most recent attack took a photo of the suspect as he left the area. Police released the photo and a composite sketch of the suspect.

Police said they arrested Demarcus Bookhart, 25. He is being held for investigation of second-degree assault.

Investigators are looking into whether Brookhart was involved in the attack on Aug. 19.
