DENVER -- StubHub took charge and took care of a Broncos fan who bought season tickets on its website only to have the seller demand them back after the sale was finalized.

Stephen Engineer contacted the FOX31 Problem Solvers when the problem came up. At the time, the website told him the only thing it could do was refund his money, but that left the die-hard fan ticketless when he thought he had season tickets.

On Monday,  StubHub said Enginner still gets his refund, but the company also spent $9,000 to get him a replacement set of season tickets. On top of that, his new seats are 11 rows closer to the field than the ones he originally purchased.

Needless to say, he was very pleased with the results of his call to the Problem Solvers.
