Superfood Chocolate Shake



1 frozen banana

1 Tbl cacao powder

1 Tbl hemp seeds

1 cup nut milk

1 tsp chia seeds



Add the banana, cacao, hemp seeds, and nut milk to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving glass and top with chia seeds.

Sweet Energy Bites


1 cup rolled oats

1 cup buckwheat groats (aka kasha)

1/4 cup brown rice syrup

1/4 cup sunflower butter

1 Tbl sliced almonds


Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together until well-combined. Form into small balls and place in a container to store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat.
