WESTMINSTER, Colo. — The man who died while water skiing on Standley Lake last weekend was identified Wednesday, the Westminster Police Department said.

Theodore Radey, 43 of Denver, died after an accident about noon Sunday. Police said after an investigation, there will be no charges filed.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office did not say what the cause of Radey’s death was.

The Westminster Fire Department said Sunday it received a call of a person bleeding and being transported to the boat dock.

Park rangers provided first aid and helped emergency responders reach Radey, who suffered “significant trauma,” the fire department said.
