DENVER -- Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Republican vice presidential candidate are campaigning in the Denver metro area on Wednesday.

Hillary Clinton appeared at Adams City High School in Commerce City. She talked about her plan to "create an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top, including passing the largest investment in job creation since World War II," the campaign said.

Before that event, Clinton visited Knotty Tie Co. on West 10th Avenue in Denver. She wore a scarf during her speech that the employees there gave her.

Pence held a town hall meeting at Mile High Station (2027 Old W. Colfax Ave.) on Wednesday afternoon.

Pence appeared in Colorado Springs later Wednesday night.
