KEENESBURG, Colo. -- More than a dozen rescued bears arrived to live out their lives in Colorado.

PETA worked with the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg to bring the bears to their new home.

They were saved from backyard cages and roadside zoos in Ohio after that state's dangerous wild animal act went into effect.

The video provided by PETA show the bears rolling around and exploring their new digs at the Wild Animal Sanctuary.

Some of the bears were underweight, others were obese. The 13 bears now have space to roam around.
