AURORA, Colo. -- Two suspects are being sought after an armed carjacking on Sunday night, the Aurora Police Department said.

Police said the carjacking happened at 16181 E. Vassar Ave., near South Chambers Road and East Yale Avenue. A homeowner and a child were present during the carjacking, police said. Neither one was injured.

Officers are looking for a brown/beige, 4-door Chevrolet Impala with Colorado license plate EQG-709. The car has a dent on the driver's side door.

The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old with black hair, 5-foot-10 and weighing 230 to 250 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, and is armed with a semiautomatic handgun.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male who was wearing a white T-shirt. He might be associated with a "beat up" small black sedan.

Police said the suspects are considered armed and dangerous. If anyone sees the men or the vehicle, they are asked to call 911.
