ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Single-game tickets for Broncos home games go on sale at 2 p.m. Thursday.

In years past, the tickets have sold out within minutes, and with the Broncos entering the season as defending Super Bowl champions, that more than likely will happen again.

The Broncos have sold out every home game since 1970, a streak of an NFL record 379 games, including the postseason.

Tickets will go on sale at 2 p.m. with a limited number available for all eight regular-season games. The season starts Sept. 8 with a Super Bowl 50 rematch against the Carolina Panthers in a nationally televised game reserved for the defending Super Bowl champions.

Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.com. There is a limit of four tickets per household per game.

Included in the sale are half-price tickets. There are 2,000 such tickets available for each game as part of the legislation to build Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

Four half-price tickets per household are available with no multi-game purchases allowed. There are no exchanges, cancellations or refunds. Tickets are delivered to the buyer's mobile device on the day of the game to prevent scalping.

Single-game ticket prices start at $16.50.
