2 kids missing from Aurora found unharmed

AURORA, Colo. — Two children missing have been found safe, the Aurora Police Department said Tuesday afternoon.

Police were searching for a 10-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy.

They were missing from the 1700 block of South Blackhawk Way and were reportedly seen near South Peoria Street and East Iliff Avenue around 12:30 p.m.

Police said the missing children were found in the 13200 block of East Mississippi Avenue. They were found unharmed and no foul play suspected.
