Photos: That time we made real-life Poke Stops

AURORA, Colo. — With so many people obsessing over the augmented-reality game Pokemon Go, we wanted to see what would happen if we put a real Pokemon out for people to find.

It didn’t take long for people to notice the bright yellow Pikachu and stop to take photos.

Take a look at what happened when we set up low-tech Poke Stops in McDonald’s, Lowe’s and at the Southlands Mall.
