For grilled chicken over rice:
Fresh Farm Honey
Broil for a few minutes and then apply honey. Lightly brush the the glaze on top and season with spices.
Grilled chicken over salad:
Again, quality chicken is key. Lightly season and broil. While cooking wash field greens, prep veggies and select dressings. At the farm we use Homemade Ranch, raspberry vinaigrette, Italian, and balsamic.
Once chicken is finished, slice and lay on top of salad and drizzle with dressing and croutons.
